TVB is seeking a judicial review of a Communications Authority decision to fine it HK$900,000 for imposing unreasonable contract terms with actors and singers.

Legco panel to look into 3G spectrum issue

ATV slapped with HK$260,000 fine for biased broadcast

ATV has been hit with fines totalling HK$260,000 for breaches of broadcasting codes, mostly for biased programmes on the issuing of new free-to-air television licences that the station opposes.

The breaches included a show filmed outside the government's Tamar headquarters on November 11, for which ATV was fined HK$50,000. It featured key investor Wang Zheng dancing.
