Australian tourism chiefs resurrect 'best jobs in the world' offer

The marketing push is targeting the youth segment, which contributes A$12 billion (HK$94 billion) annually in tourism spending and delivers nearly 1.6 million, or 26 per cent, of Australia's international arrivals.

Philippines offers HK visa service for mainlanders

TOURISTS and business travellers from southern China intending to visit the Philippines can now obtain visas at the Philippine Consulate in Hongkong.

Previously, all applications were made to the Philippine Consulate in Beijing.

The move is part of efforts to service the increasing number of residents of southern China who are travelling to the Philippines.
