Foxconn International Holdings (FIH), part of Taiwan's Hon Hai Precision Industries, has flagged a profit warning for the full year of 2012, continuing its losses from the first half.

Guangnan takes a 22pc stake

Food and electronics manufacturer Firstone International Holdings says that its share placement in red chip Guangnan (Holdings) was successfully completed on Friday. The transaction makes Guangnan the second largest Firstone shareholder with a 22.48 per cent stake.

Tomorrow net down 53pc

Electronics manufacturer and trader Tomorrow International Holdings has announced a 53 per cent drop in net interim profits. It made $16.2 million in the six months ended April 30, down from $34 million during the same period a year earlier. No interim dividend was declared.
