Black T-shirt protest over expelled pupils

Pupils at the International Christian School protested yesterday against the expulsion of a group of their classmates by wearing black T-shirts and tattooing themselves with a slogan.

Risk of expulsion for doctor in row at Medical Council

Another Hong Kong Medical Association leader has said he is prepared to be expelled from the Medical Council after he refused to follow the new roster system to participate in disciplinary hearings.

Choi Kin, who was defeated by Felice Lieh Mak in the election for council chairman in March, said the roster system was unfair and he was considering seeking a judicial review.

More than 100 students from Li Po Chun United World College held a candle-light protest outside the principal's house after three teenagers were expelled for breaking an 'inappropriate intimacy' rule, students said.

Classes boycotted over student's expulsion

About 20 Form Four students at ECF Saint Too Canaan College in Sau Mau Ping boycotted classes yesterday in protest against the school's decision to expel one of their underperforming classmates.

Some of the students who demanded the school give the boy a chance vowed last night to continue their protest next week until he is reinstated.
