About a month ago I bought a new modem and ever since then I have been having an odd problem with my system. Everything works fine, but every time I create a document in Microsoft Word and print to fax in order to send it out, my system crashes. I WAS pleased to see your comments about hand cell phone pricing. In Canada now, the provider charges C$60 (about HK$342) per month and gives the phone to the customer. Real competition is long overdue.
