Bartenders set to showcase their flair in global challenge

Those of you born before 1974 may recall the movie Cocktail, the bottle-throwing, flame-inducing, acrobatic Tom Cruise taking bartending up to a new level of hipness.

The sofa-jumping Scientologist didn't spill a drop. His skills are known as flair bartending and Cruise was specially trained. An actor who wanted to be a bartender.
