ParknShop still tossing out food

Major supermarket chain ParknShop continues to deny throwing away perfectly edible food, said campaigners for Friends of the Earth Hong Kong yesterday - as they displayed evidence to the contrary.

Poor children's dismal summer

I think lots of people have the same dilemma I do: eat it or throw it away? It might seem dirty to eat it but it is wasteful to throw it away.

Revision is more than memorising

I attach great importance to my studies. I understand the value of doing revision to get good results in tests or exams.

But I also believe that you won't always get good results just because you have done a lot of revision. That's because revision means more than just memorising.

Here's some advice: try to adopt a pet

Being a responsible pet owner is not an easy job. It is much more than just providing food, water and shelter for your pet. You must also show that you truly care about the animal.

Some people will buy a cute pet as a love token. However, the pet is often abandoned when the relationship ends.

A busy dining room is fine, but where to draw the line?

A friend who often joins me on restaurant reviews has given me an ultimatum: no more queues. He's refusing to eat with me at restaurants that are so hyped and/or popular that diners have to queue to get a table.
