HK$2 lip gloss just as safe as a HK$220 one

A HK$2 lip gloss can be as safe as a HK$220 YSL lip gloss, tests showed.

The Consumer Council collected 37 brands from department stores, cosmetic chains and individual shops, and tested them for heavy metals, banned colouring agents and germs.
