Apple found guilty of e-book price fixing

In a decision that could reshape how electronic books are sold on the internet, a federal judge ruled that Apple conspired to raise the retail prices of e-books, and ordered a trial on damages. he decision by District Judge Denise Cote in Manhattan is a victory for the US Department of Justice and 33 states that brought the antitrust case.
