Henderson says 20 sales at Conduit Road will be completed by June

Developer Henderson Land, under scrutiny over the delayed completion of sales of 24 luxury flats at a high-profile Mid-Levels development, has informed the government that it has written agreements with the buyers of 20 of the flats to complete the deals by June 16.

The company paid an interim dividend of 40 cents per share.

The developer said units would be offered for sale on July 18 but the schedule for registration had not yet been finalised. The project's units measure between 522 sq ft and 814 sq ft.
