Artist lets his imagination run wild to capture the essence of time for Hermes show

Hilton McConnico may be a multi-disciplinary artist, but he still found it hard to define the notion of time.

The Tennessee-born, Paris-based painter, photographer and set designer has nevertheless created a fantasy exhibition for Hermes with the aim of inspiring visitors to see time through a different perspective.

HK model bags limelight despite Hilton heiress' strut down the catwalk

Hotel chain heiress Nicky Hilton was in Hong Kong for the first time last week but during her brief stay in town, she saw little of the city, other than from the window of her Ritz Carlton suite.

Banksy (above, maybe) has been the target of art thieves, who have been removing entire sections of wall in Los Angeles adorned with the graffiti artist's stencils. When his work began to fetch high prices, the anonymous artist said on his website: 'I can't believe you morons actually buy this s***.' One of his pieces of art has 'I learnt a valuable lesson from this woman.

Hilton International yesterday placed a large advertisement in the China Daily declaring that it is no longer managing or responsible for the Hilton Dalian.

Britain last week announced it would ban two foreign airlines from flying over its airspace at the year end, unless they introduced urgent measures to address safety risks connected to the millennium bug. Britain's Transport Minister Keith Hill told parliament his department had issued a warning to Gulf Air and Zambia's Southern Aviation - the first to face a threatened ban.
