Property price curbs here to stay, says Leung Chun-ying

Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying on Tuesday said again that property market cooling measures would be maintained and no exemptions would be made for certain groups of buyers in order to maintain market stability.

Cooling measures to stay despite property agents’ complaints

Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying said on Wednesday he had no plans to withdraw or relax measures introduced early this year aimed at cooling down Hong Kong's property market despite recent calls by property agents that they be scrapped.
