Englong sale

Suspended Englong International has completed the sale of five commercial units to ease its financial difficulties.

The property, on the third floor of Houston Centre in Kowloon, with a total saleable area of 11,387 square feet, was sold at $52.4 million on January 27 to an independent third party. The property was valued at $60 million at the end of 1995.
