When problem-solving is at the heart of the matter

After reading one of my columns, our son Akhil asked how we had chosen schools for him and his sister. I had to admit that when my husband and I sought primary schools for them 27 years ago, it never occurred to us to consider whether the school ethos mirrored our own philosophy, nor did we check the environment to ascertain whether the children would be comfortable in it.

The 30-minute performance takes pupils from a mythical time when man and nature were in harmony to the year 2050, when most animals have become extinct.
