Man seriously injured in fall

Air-side playroom a good idea

Can I make two tiny suggestions for the further improvement of the World's Finest Airport? First, a children's play- room on the air-side would be a good idea. It need not be anything more than a climbing frame and a lot of Lego, but it would make life far easier for harassed parents. Manila has one - why not Hong Kong? Second, there is no air-side ATM.

Vehicles blaze

More than 10 vehicles parked in a car park near Kai Tak were damaged in a fire early today. No casualties were reported. The fire was put out after 45 minutes.
