HK$888 'as low as we go' for HK-Osaka

Budget carrier Peach Aviation has said its cheapest one-way fare of HK$888 between Hong Kong and Osaka is the best it can offer for now as both cities are expensive to operate in for low-cost players.

Route to lift UPS growth in Asia

UPS has marked the start of its regular service from the United States to Hong Kong via Kansai, Osaka, with the arrival of its Boeing 747 at the Kansai International Airport.

The new routes are expected to boost the growth of the world's largest package-distribution firm in the region.

Subic freight service

MAJOR Japanese forwarder Kintetsu World Express has started offering a freight service using Federal Express flights linking Osaka and Tokyo with Subic Bay in the Philippines.

The company sells bulk cargo space to Subic on Federal Express flights from Kansai International Airport and New Tokyo International Airport at Narita.
