Trio show caring is more than skin deep

DJ Jan Lamb Hoi-fung, singer-songwriter Ivana Wong Yuen-chi and illustrator John Ho Tat-hung have come together for a charity event organised by American skincare brand Kiehl's. To celebrate its 160th anniversary last year, it has launched an ongoing global initiative named Kiehl's Gives to raise funds for children's well-being, the environment and HIV/Aids research.

Charity puts best interests at art

Kiehl's skincare product charity launch

When: December 2

What: Skincare brand Kiehl's in collaboration with American artist Jeff Koons launched skincare product Creme de Corps. All net proceeds from the sale of this collection go to the Koons Family Institute to fight child exploitation and abduction.

Helping the unfortunate

Skincare brand Kiehl's celebrated the sixth anniversary of its Russell Street store in Causeway Bay on May 13. Kiehl's will donate part of the store's sales proceeds to the Hong Kong Red Cross Wong Fuk-wing Memorial Fund to support children who have been orphaned and victims of natural disasters.

Green art

Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation and Kiehl's are celebrating Earth Day by holding a visual arts project called Giving to the Earth from April 22 to 28 at Festival Walk. A group of 20 teenagers created a 'garden' exhibition using 7,000 bottles, imagination and creativity. There will also be free public art workshops on April 25 and 26, noon-6pm.
