Kim Isherwood, a former world number three women's triathlete, will compete in Sunday's 50-kilometre Hong Kong National Road Race Cycling Championships on a high after winning last Sunday's Timex Duathlon.

Isherwood, 38, had considered retirement after fighting a continuous battle with asthma during the past 12 months.
