Make passengers move back

I often travel on KMB bus No 87S from Ma On Shan to University KCR Station. I reach the Sunshine City Bus Station at 7.40am. Buses arrive every five to seven minutes, but never stop at the station. They look full, but they are not.

Intolerable bus journey

As a regular commuter of KMB through the Tate's Cairn Tunnel, I have been patient for long enough and am now writing to ask the bus company to use air-conditioned buses when going through it.
