Two men were arrested as they left a flat in Luk Ming Street, To Kwa Wan, and 52 grams of heroin seized. Another 12 packets containing 300 grams brought the value of the haul to $580,000.

Nine charged

NINE of 11 people arrested in To Kwa Wan on Saturday have been jointly charged with conspiracy to rob. The group, including five illegal immigrants from China, were detained following the seizure of a pistol and a grenade. The group will appear in EasternCourt today.
