A cutlet above the rest

Happy Saint David's Day. Today is the feast day of the patron saint of Wales and a fitting time to write about Welsh lamb - revered in Britain and gaining the same status in Hong Kong.

JAN LAMB HOI-FUNG is something of a renaissance man. He first came to prominence in the 1990s as half of the wisecracking talk show duo Soft Hard Kids, and has since ventured into scriptwriting, album design and songwriting. Lately, though, he's been feverishly preparing for his stand-up comedy debut.
