The photos are a potential embarrassment to Harry, the grandson of Britain's Queen Elizabeth and third in line to the throne, and the royal family.

Okada asks judge to restore Wynn shareholder rights

Japanese pachinko billionaire Kazuo Okada asked a federal court in the United States to restore his rights as the largest shareholder of Wynn Resorts, and to halt an 'unlawful' bid by Wynn chief executive Steve Wynn to remove him from the board.

Wynn casino resort to cost US$4b

US casino magnate Steve Wynn said yesterday that his new Cotai casino resort in Macau would cost US$4 billion to build.

Approval for a 51-acre site at Cotai was awarded to Wynn early last month. The casino giant currently operates a single high-end property, which opened in 2006, on the Macau peninsula but Cotai is fast becoming the city's new gaming mecca.

Wynn vows to fight suit filed by major shareholder

Casino operator Wynn Resorts fired back at its largest shareholder, calling a lawsuit filed against the company by Japanese pachinko billionaire Kazuo Okada 'preposterous'.

Okada, a director of the company and its biggest shareholder with a 20 per cent stake, is a long-time business partner of Las Vegas gaming magnate Steve Wynn.
