LeBron James padded his trophy collection, receiving three at the ESPY Awards, including male athlete of the year for helping the Miami Heat win a second straight NBA championship.

After two years of almost-constant basketball, James still found a way to be at his absolute best in game seven of the NBA finals. He scored 37 points, grabbed 12 rebounds and controlled everything down the stretch, as the Heat won the title with a 95-88 win over the San Antonio Spurs.

Wade, James power heat past spurs in NBA finals

LeBron James made good on his promise and Dwyane Wade got his swagger back as the Miami Heat rebounded from a crushing loss in game three to level the NBA finals at 2-2. Wade had a throwback game by finishing with 32 points and six steals while James had a game-high 33 points as the Heat defeated San Antonio 109-93 at the ATT Centre arena.

LeBron James made a buzzer-beating lay-up in overtime as the Heat narrowly escaped a shock loss on their home court and beat the Indiana Pacers 103-102 in the opening game of the NBA Eastern Conference finals.

James finished with 30 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists for the Heat - his ninth post-season triple-double.

LeBron James scored 14 points in the fourth quarter as the Miami Heat extended their win-streak to 13 games with a 98-91 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday.

James finished with 18 points, 10 assists and eight rebounds and had a clutch three pointer late in the fourth for the Heat who snapped the Grizzlies win streak at eight games
