Authority chief to observe night shift

Amid complaints by doctors of a manpower shortage at public hospitals, Hospital Authority chief executive Dr Leung Pak-yin said yesterday he would visit a public hospital during the night shift this week to acquaint himself with the difficulties doctors on that shift face.
