Lippo Tower floor sold

YUGANG International, which makes audio and visual products, has agreed to buy a floor of Lippo Tower for $140.2 million.

The company said the 45th floor has a gross floor area of about 9,700 square feet and would house its headquarters and operations.

So grateful to honest gentleman

ON the evening of November 2, as I drove away from the motorcycle car-park, next to Lippo Tower, a bag containing my identity card, driving licence, numerous credit cards, passport, two Montblanc pens and over HK$2,000 in cash, fell off the carrying rack.

I did not realise this until I was half a mile or so away and, naturally, panic set in.
