County governments to get more power and autonomy

The mainland has started to implement an important administrative reform by granting more power and autonomy to thousands of county-level governments.

In Zhejiang , the provincial government will formally hand over 443 administrative duties to its county governments today, Xinhua reported. Similar measures will be implemented across the country in coming years.
