Lawmaker “Long Hair” Leung Kwok-hung on Friday lost his appeal against a refusal, by the High Court, to hear his judicial challenge against the president of the Legislative Council.

The notoriously late Leung Kwok-hung surprised everyone by turning up on time at the premiere of Motorcycle Diaries, the Che Guevara bio-pic, at the Palace IFC on Wednesday night. But Long Hair, who says he seldom goes to the movies because he can't afford it, didn't see the film.

Keep it long and straight, but don't go for ion straightening as it will appear unnatural. If you have short hair, you can try a wig. Make sure it's parted in the middle. You can find $200 wigs on Pottinger Street.

We used to knot each strand of hair individually. The Shanghainese women were the best. They had that magic touch and could produce a complete handmade hairpiece in just four hours. I never learnt what their secret was, but they produced wonderful work. I used to sit there and envy their speed and agility. Knotting by hand was exacting, painstaking work.
