Grandson of Malcolm X killed in Mexico City

Malcolm Shabazz, grandson of political activist Malcolm X, died in Mexico City after a violent dispute in a bar, Mexican authorities said on Friday. He was 28.

Bomb in cinema

DALLAS: Police disarmed a ticking pipe bomb found by a janitor in a cinema showing the film Malcolm X. The janitor had carried the device, which police said could have caused deaths or serious injuries, out of the cinema by the time bomb squads arrived.
