Dirt freak makes a fine return to track from bleeding attack

Trainer Manfred Man Ka-leung managed to nurture his promising dirt performer Five Clubs back from a bleeding attack on January 16 to claim a resuming win in the Omega Handicap (1,200m). Man and red-hot Derek Leung Ka-chun combined to grab a first victory with the Danbird gelding after a five-month absence from the race-track, no easy feat according to the trainer.
