It's time for some fun with the arts again. Standard Chartered Arts in the Park Mardi Gras 2009 will take place at Victoria Park this weekend. Organised by the Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation, the annual event brings a variety of arty activities to the park for the public's enjoyment.

Anti-terrorist police are hunting a blackmailing bomber who has been trying to extort money from a bank for the past 16 months with a series of 25 devices sent through the post.

The hunt for the bomber, who goes by the name of Mardi Gras, has involved communication through the personal columns of newspapers and mysterious letters.
