SCOTSMAN Martin Heath dashed Wong Wai-hang's hopes of earning his first world ranking points when he stopped the local schoolboy in the final qualifying match of the Perrier-Asia Inc. Classic at the Kowloon Cricket Club last night.

Heath to qualify

IN-FORM Martin Heath, winner of the Mazda squash Championship last week, has been relegated to the qualifying rounds of the Perrier-Asia Inc. Classic which starts today at the Kowloon Cricket Club.

Heath, ranked 100th in the world, is the top seed in the qualifiers following the late entry of Italy's Jose Facchini, the world number 79.
