THE board of MeesPierson N V has revealed that the general manager of MeesPierson Hong Kong will additionally assume duties as acting managing director for MeesPierson Securities Asia (MPSA).

THE managing director of MeesPierson Securities, Bastiaan van Wersch, has left the Dutch merchant bank after only 14 months.

His departure coincides with the loss of two other key figures at the bank, director of institutional sales Jan Perry and salesman James MacAlpine.
