Absurd, but worth a look

Admittedly, The Beaver is one of the least attractive films of the year: a grown man with a beaver hand puppet is as bizarre an image as it is creepy. But suppress your preconceived notions of absurdity, bring plenty of patience and you'll be rewarded with a film that's worth watching.
