Retief Goosen cruised to a six-shot victory at the Volkswagen Masters-China for his first title on the Asian continent yesterday.

The South African world number five, who led from the opening round, produced a breath-taking front-nine performance at Jinghua Golf Club, shooting a spectacular 29 en route to an eight-under-par 64 and a 22-under 266 total.

Campbell and Goosen to tee up at masters in Beijing

US Open champion Michael Campbell and world number five Retief Goosen will go head-to-head with Asia's best players at the Volkswagen Masters in Beijing next month.

The tournament at Jinghua Golf Club near the capital from September 1 to 4 would also feature Welshman Phillip Price, who finished joint third last year, organisers said.
