Panel to probe baby body bungle

The Hospital Authority will set up a five-person panel to investigate how a baby's body disappeared from the mortuary at Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital.

A final report will be ready in about six weeks and recommendations will be issued according to the findings.

Chinese-medicine clinics to stay open

The Hospital Authority for the first time is keeping its Chinese-medicine outpatient clinics open over the Easter break as another measure to cope with the flu outbreak.

Eight clinics will provide limited services from today instead of shutting for the break.

Hong Kong Youth Music Interflows

One hundred and seventy local orchestras and bands (left) compete from today until Dec 2 in four categories: symphonic band, string orchestra, Chinese orchestra and symphony orchestra.
