No relief in sight for MTR station without a toilet

MTR passengers looking for a public toilet in Mong Kok will have to hold it in: after two years of wrangling, construction of public conveniences at or near Prince Edward station is as far off as ever.

Take the time to recycle everything

People often do not care which bin they throw their rubbish into. Maybe they feel they don't have time, or they just do not care about the planet, even though she is suffering.

I was one of those who did not recycle. But my attitude changed after what I saw last week.

Hob-nobbing with the bigwigs

Phew, don't know about you but it has been one hell of a week for me. Life has been so hectic that one morning I walked from my flat to the MTR station, which takes about 10 minutes, without noticing a vital piece of my clothing was not fastened correctly.

Terror train leads to dead-end

One day I fell asleep on the MTR. When I woke up, the train was empty. I ran out of the station. Then I noticed all the streets and buildings were empty. I could see no one.

I ran as fast as I could, trying to escape that lonely world. My attention was caught by a huge clock in front of a square. Another horror - the numbers on its face were reversed.

Colour in blank circles

CONGESTED and overcrowded MTR trains often make it difficult for passengers to see the name painted on the walls of the corporation's stations.

It is a particular problem when the train is approaching the platform at a high speed.
