Nothing wrong with collection system, says service

I refer to the report headlined, 'Anti-Aids drug played part in death of liver-scheme volunteer' (South China Morning Post, January 29).

Your report stated that She Yun-ki 'contracted hepatitis B in 1990 after a blood donation'.

Unfair criticism

I refer to your report which appeared in the Sunday Morning Post, on February 2, on the findings of an inquiry into the incident of expired blood, at the Hong Kong Red Cross Blood Transfusion Service headquarters last October.

I REFER to Nicole Leung Ho-yan's letter headlined ''Attitudes must change'' (South China Morning Post, August 28).

Every year the Hong Kong Red Cross Blood Transfusion Service comes to my school to collect blood.
