Brave negotiators save lives

My teammates and I recently interviewed three members of the Police Negotiator Cadre for our project. The cadre focuses on settling hostage situations and family disputes. The negotiators have resolved many crises.

Negotiators are policemen who do not get extra pay for their negotiation work. I wonder what society would be like without these selfless individuals.
