Dandy & Dapper

Your piece on a PJ party got me thinking. I've noticed pyjama tops worn as normal day shirts. Is it sloppy or a fashion thing?

on style, she rules

I'm desperate for some black patent Giselle shoes by Kate Spade, size 10. I've looked in the IFC store near my office but apparently they're from last winter. I found them on the Kate Spade website but only in red, which is not going to suit me for work. Any ideas gratefully received.
