Teresa has created a genuinely spooky atmosphere in her very well-written story. The fact the story is told in the first person - 'I' and 'we' are used to describe events, rather than 'he' and 'they' - makes it easier for us to imagine how we would feel in a similar situation.

Tourist mugged in Central

An Australian tourist was lured out of his car, attacked and robbed of $40,000 by a gang of muggers in Central early yesterday.

The man, 23, was negotiating a U-turn in Kau U Fong at 3.30am when he spotted a person lying motionless on the street. When he got out to help, three people attacked him from behind.

What qualifications do you need?

Anyone can call themselves a bodyguard, there are no set qualifications. Some people think you need to have martial art skills, but if you do your homework and planning right, you shouldn't need to fight. I am a qualified bodyguard instructor and am able to issue diplomas on behalf of the International Bodyguard Association.
