No wounds found on body of musician

A postmortem examination yesterday found no wounds on the body of 21-year-old Australian musician Joseph Hall, who was found dead in a Tsim Sha Tsui hotel room on Saturday, a police spokesman said.

A cause of death could not be determined until further toxicological tests were carried out, he said.
