Mock poll for Filipinos in HK to woo Manila

A mock election to encourage Philippine lawmakers to pay more attention to overseas workers will be held in Central next Sunday, a week ahead of absentee voting for the 96,000 Filipinos in Hong Kong.

The Philippines will hold elections on May 14 for all 265 House of Representatives seats, half of the 24 Senate seats and more than 17,500 local positions.
