Chopper threat raid

Price of flats rises in Parc Oasis sale

Wheelock Properties will sell 18 flats at Parc Oasis in Yau Yat Chuen today at a higher average price of $7,001 a square foot.

The flats, in Tower 22, are between 703 and 826 square feet.

The company said all units in Towers 21, 23 and 25 were sold. Also quickly snapped up were 18 units on the lower floors of Tower 22.

Price boost for Parc Royale

THE lower-than-expected pricing for Parc Royale may draw a respectable response from buyers looking for larger-sized flats in Sha Tin, say estate agents.

Warm response for Parc Oasis

WHEELOCK Properties has put more flats at its Parc Oasis development in Yau Yat Chuen on the market after the last offer was snapped up.

According to a Wheelock spokesman the latest batch of 91 units sold out in yesterday's official launch.

Wheelock put an extra 24 units in block 33 up for sale in the evening.

Kowloon homes released at 5pc discount

DESPITE growing demand in the home-sales market, Wheelock Properties is not setting out to break records with the re-launch of its mid-rise development Parc Oasis in Yau Yat Chuen.

The company will release 70 units, ranging from 651 square feet to 846 sq ft, in the sixth phase of the development for public sale on April 24 at an average of about $6,500 per sq ft.

Wheelock lifts price

WHEELOCK Properties has raised prices for 173 car parking lots at Parc Oasis in Yau Yat Chuen, which go on sale on Saturday, following the sell-out of 233 spaces last week.

Prices range from $700,000 to $800,000, up from $600,000 to $700,000.

Intolerable

I RECALL about a year ago one of my neighbours in the Parc Oasis, Yau Yat Tsuen, wrote to these columns, complaining about learner drivers blocking an access road to Parc Oasis. The Transport Department replied and assured readers it would monitor the situation and take appropriate action, if necessary. I regret to say that the situation has never improved.

Unit prices up 34pc

A 34 per cent increase has been recorded for the selling price of residential units at Parc Oasis, a joint development of Wheelock Properties and Sino Land in Yau Yat Chuen.

The developers are selling 77 units in the latest offering at an average price of about $8,200 a square foot, compared with $6,100 per sq ft for the previous release in November.
