Police will not prosecute a 10-year-old boy who was arrested after kicking a 12-year-old in the head during a football match last month.

The incident was filmed by a spectator and uploaded to YouTube.

Police will not prosecute a 10-year-old boy who was arrested after kicking a 12-year-old in the head during a football match last month.

The incident was filmed by a spectator and uploaded to YouTube.

The boy's parents have been informed of police's decision. The family of the victim will meet Justice Department representatives to discuss the case.

Police will not prosecute a 10-year-old boy arrested on suspicion of kicking a 12-year-old in the head during a soccer match last month.

The incident, which angered parents and the coaches of both the teams involved, was filmed by a spectator and uploaded to the YouTube website, where it was seen by thousands of people before being removed.

Police are investigating the death of a toddler whose headless and naked body was found in the sea near Tai O on Lantau Island yesterday.

The body of the girl, thought to be aged about two, was spotted by a fisherman. It was floating off a rocky area near the old police station in Shek Tsai Po Street at about 10.45am.

US businessman dies in fall from flat

An American businessman died yesterday after falling from his kitchen balcony in Central. The man, surnamed Nungary and aged 38, was found lying outside the CentreStage residential block in Hollywood Road at about 5.30am when a friend visited him. He was declared dead at the scene. A police spokesman said investigations indicated the man had been drinking heavily on Sunday night.
