Lighting up the sky

The Portuguese presence in Macau continues to manifest itself through the large number of restaurants serving - or purporting to serve - Portuguese cuisine. While an estimated 30 restaurants claim to serve Portuguese dishes, only about half that number serves food that you would find in Portugal.
