Postcards on dream harbour

A postcard is not merely a greeting to your friends - it can be used to show creativity and voice your thoughts on the harbour. An English postcard design contest, 'My Dream Harbour - Creative Post Card Competition for Primary School Students 2004' organised by Learning Plus Language Centre, aims to develop young people's writing skills and spread the message about protecting the harbour.

If you go travelling, sending postcards home is important.

Postcards can bring delightful messages to anxious parents and friends.

They also show them scenic spots of the country that you are visiting.

The cost of sending postcards can be expensive, especially if you are homesick and have been away for a long time.

Kenny in full swing

FOR reasons too hard for most sane people to fathom, jazz musician Kenny G has something of a cult following in Hong Kong. At the HMV shop in Causeway Bay over Christmas, the American saxophonist laid claim to the top two spots on the best-selling list with the same CD, ironically entitled Miracles and featuring soppy festive songs such as Away in a Manger.
