A cause is any goal, aim or principle that one believes in strongly. What cause is just and worth fighting for to me? Inspiring people to inspire others. All I need are a few others to follow my cause, and we can quickly spread the principle to the rest of the world.

Mentally ill man admits guilt in stabbing spree

A mentally ill man stabbed neighbours, a security guard and management staff in his public housing estate - killing two people - after 'the Housing Department denied his application for a flat transfer', a Court of First Instance judge was told.

Li Chung-man, 43, was originally charged with murder and attempted murder.

A lot of my classmates say current news is not important because it has nothing to do with them. So they rarely read newspapers or watch news reports on TV.

But they are wrong. Some events have an effect on all of us. Take the financial crisis, for example. Many people are losing their jobs. Our parents could be among them.

Avoid arguments with better communication

Arguments are part of growing up. Most arguments are caused by misunderstandings.

Another cause is negative emotions, especially jealousy. If we are in a bad mood, we can easily lose control of our temper and argue for the sake of arguing.
