International editions of Vogue magazine are planning a 'fashion celebration night' in 13 cities in September to help stave off the global economic blues, reports AFP. Cities participating include London, New York, Shanghai and Mumbai. Luxury stores will remain open late while Vogue writers, models and designers will offer style and shopping advice.

Making an understatement
