Ruling in RTHK case due next Wednesday

District Court Deputy Judge Anthony Yuen Wai-ming will rule on the case of RTHK senior programme officer David Ho Chung-yan next Wednesday. Ho, 47, has pleaded not guilty to one count of misconduct in public office. He was accused of hiring his mother to provide freelance work without declaring the relationship.
