Road Test: Jurassic Garage

Where children and reptiles meet. Photo: Pearl Law

Part of the wonder of being a parent is doing things you wouldn't normally do. For example, having a snake cuddle into the crook of my neck or cooing over a spider - which is what I was doing with my toddler on a Sunday afternoon at an industrial building in Chai Wan.

Back Home

(Reprise)

Eric Clapton's best music has always sprung from one form of angst or another, so we probably shouldn't expect too much of an album born of domestic contentment.

Reptile

(Warner Music)

Over the course of 14 tracks, Eric Clapton blends virtually every style he's worked, and mastered, in the past 35 years. The focus of Reptile is on his singing and songwriting, long overshadowed by the roaring guitar riffs made famous by the Slowhand that so many hep Stratcats have come to worship.

Lee gives bad name to lizard

THE Honourable Mr Jimmy McGregor was unpardonably unfair to have compared Mr Allen Lee with a chameleon on CNN's Larry King Live show. Even a person as half-tutored in zoology as I am knows that a chameleon is a vertebrate.

I think Mr McGregor has shown grave disrespect for a spectacular member of the reptile family. MICHAEL LO Pokfulam Road
